On purchasing your new EPOS System, we will arrange for a date to produce a full system modification. We take every precaution to make sure your business and your team are prepared for and ready for the launch.
Part of our installation service contains full network planning, arranging up terminals and network printers in the most optimal configuration for your business. This way, your system will be ready to use straight away, allowing you to focus on getting the most out of your new EPOS System.
Our EPOS TRAINING SOLUTIONS
We deliver comprehensive and tailored training packages to provide our customers are obtaining the most out of Qepos. The training you and your team will receive is bespoke and responsive to the needs of the business, and can be split between functional areas to permit staff members of all levels to learn the factors of Qepos most relevant to them.
Our training can be delivered online, on-site, or from within our offices, and is included as standard with any new order of a EPOS system. Current customers of Qepos, who have a valid support contract, can also bring benefit of our Top-up Refresher courses, or utilise any of our customer support tools - entirely Free of Charge.
